Structural Concrete

Keystone Structural Concrete's division was formed in 2000. Scott Anderson (VP) and Bryan Larson (Field Operation Manager) have successfully constructed over 250 million dollars in contracts over the last ten years. Keystone Structural Concrete has performed work throughout Texas and Louisiana and their projects range from the Dell Children’s Medical Center to the upscale living Gables at Tennis Center.

Projects

Perkins Rowe

New retail and office complex with a lapped flange form pan system.

Ocean Grove

This project was located in Galveston, TX and consisted of 27,095 sf of slab on grade and 119,815 sf of elevated concrete.

McComb's Plaza

This project was a six story 9,530 sf office building.

Cosmopolitan

Cosmopolitan was a 24 story flat slab turn-key structure.

TAMU Agricultural Headquarters and Visitor Center

This project was a 6 story pan slab turn-key concrete structure. The construction of this educational facility consisted of two buildings containing approximately 12,290 cubic yards of concrete.

Granite Westchase II

Granite Westchase II consisted of one 15 story 350,000 square foot office tower, an 8 story 345,000 square foot precast garage and 54,000 square feet of site concrete.

APM Maintenance and Storage Facility

This project consisted of 19,770 square feet of elevated slab and 5,400 square feet of slab on metal deck.

Gables at Tennis Center

Gables at Tennis Center was a retail/residential project consisting of two seven and one six story buildings with an additional seven story cast- in -place parking garage structure.
