Concrete Placement

Lieck Elementary

This is a project that has over 105,000 sf of crawlspace cast in place elevated pan slab on the project, it also included over 4,000 l.f. of isolated elevated beams This particular school was designed to incorporate the elevation change in the design of the structure that created multiple elevation changes in the structure along with scheduling and construction sequences not used on typical projects.

Lacks Distribution

This project was a 300,000 sf tiltwall project the entire project required separate casting slabs from the permanent slab on grade. The project contained over 115,000 sf of 10” thick tiltwall panels, along with over 78,000 sf of slab on metal deck. The site concrete paving contained over 200,000 sf of 7” thick . The project also contained a separate maintenance building.

Gables at Tennis Center

Gables at Tennis Center was a retail/residential project consisting of two seven and one six story buildings with an additional seven story cast- in -place parking garage structure.

APM Maintenance and Storage Facility

This project consisted of 19,770 square feet of elevated slab and 5,400 square feet of slab on metal deck.

Granite Westchase II

Granite Westchase II consisted of one 15 story 350,000 square foot office tower, an 8 story 345,000 square foot precast garage and 54,000 square feet of site concrete.

TAMU Agricultural Headquarters and Visitor Center

This project was a 6 story pan slab turn-key concrete structure. The construction of this educational facility consisted of two buildings containing approximately 12,290 cubic yards of concrete.

Cosmopolitan

Cosmopolitan was a 24 story flat slab turn-key structure.

Landscape

Houston Zoo

Key-scape will complete over 1.3 million dollars worth of landscaping at the Houston Zoo. The project management team had to work with plant growers out of Florida and California to recreate this African Jungle environment. Key-scape uses the same proven business model that has made Keystone Concrete so successful. This project will be complete in November 2010.

15,000 sq.ft. Basement in Houston,Texas

This home is located in the River Oaks area and will be over 25,000 sq.feet when completed. Keystone will be using our Western Forms system for the basement walls as well as handling all the water proofing!
