Gables at Tennis Center was a new retail / residential project consisting of two seven and one six story buildings with an additional seven story cast- in -place parking garage structure. This project contained approximately 1.3 million square feet of elevated 8” thick post-tensioned flat slab construction with another 200,000 square feet of slab on grade and over 50,000 square feet of two sided formed basement wall. The elevated portion of this project was completed within a 12 month period.
