Granite Westchase II consisted of one 15 story 350,000 square foot office tower, an 8 story 345,000 square foot precast garage and 54,000 square feet of site concrete. The office tower was a pan slab structure with an odd geometry that was completed one month ahead of schedule.
Materials Used
Foundations- spread footings.
Elevated Slabs- Post tension pan slabs.
Vertical Support- 28x48 interior columns with 30x30 columns at the exterior.
